AIROD TURBOPOWER SDN BHD
AIROD TURBOPOWER SDN BHD (AT), incorporated on 18 January 1996 is a joint venture company between a local group AIROD ZETRO Sdn Bhd (AZ) and an American outfit Turbopower Inc. (TPI), a Wood Group owned company based in Florida. AT will venture into repair and overhaul of Allison T56/501 series II and III engines catering mainly the immediate regional market. TPI, as an Authorized maintenance center (AMC) will provide the technical training and technical assistance. TPI will also ensure AT will become its branch AMC "Authorized Maintenance Branch Location".
AIROD Sdn Bhd and ZETRO Services Sdn Bhd is holding 45% and 20% respectively through AZ with the remaining stake of AT goes to TPI.
