EUROAIRCRAFT SERVICES SDN BHD

Euroaircraft Services Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 25 July 1991 based on the Joint Venture Agreement between AIROD SDN BHD (AIROD) , AEROSPATIALE S.N.I. and OFFICE FRANCAIS D'EXPORTATION DE MATERIEL AERONAUTIQUE (OFEMA). Aerospatiale's share was later transferred to Eurocopter which is a subsidiary of Aerospatiale.

The equity structure is as follows :

AIROD SDN BHD - 51%
EUROCOPTER - 34%
OFEMA - 15%

This company was established to assume a key position in the sales of helicopters and to provide technical support and spares to existing and potential local operators. Euroaircraft also promotes the sale of Eurocopter helicopters and Aerospatiale light aircraft.

Currently the company is supporting helicopter spares for the Royal Malaysian Air Force, Royal Malaysian Police and Malaysian Helicopter Services as our major customers. The others are YTL Corporation and Prolink Development Sdn Bhd to name a few.
