AIROD is currently the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) single largest engineering and maintenance contractor. Other domestic customers include Government of Malaysia Agencies and local aviation operators.

    • Apart from the RMAF, AIROD has a broad customer base covering military and commercial clients in the Asia and Middle East with the United States Air Force (USAF) being the next largest military customer since 1990 for Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) and Corrosion Control and Inspection Program (CCIP) of C-130 aircraft.

    Other major maintenance programs include the Structural Integrity Inspections (SIP) and Service Life Extension Programme (SLEP) for the Indonesia Air Force C- 130/L-100 aircraft, and PDM for the Philippine Air Force C-130s. AIROD's other customers include the air forces of Jordan, Oman, Bahrain, Thailand and Sri Lanka.

It also reflects AIROD's ability and capability to handle a vast range of unique customer specific engineering and maintenance requirements, including special requirements for logistic spare handling and control.
