AIROD ALENIA TECHNOLOGY (M) SDN BHD

AATM was established as a joint venture company on 28th December 1993, which is located at the AIROD Complex in the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport at Subang. The shareholders proportions in the company are as follows :

AIROD SDN BHD 40%
ALENIA ITALY 40%
TAHAP HARMONY SDN BHD 20%

ALENIA is a major company in Italy engaged in the manufacture, supply inclusive of air traffic control systems and radars.

TAHAP HARMONY is a Malaysian local company establish for the purpose of providing representational and Marketing Services for local and foreign companies to the government of Malaysia and other customers.

JOINT VENTURE OBJECTIVE

The main purpose of the company establishment is to widening its business base locally and such other countries of the region by sale of its products and through the transfer of repair and overhaul technology create a local facility to provide support for ALENIA products.
